1.3 when you use this software under a particular function or cars, to ensure your normal services, we will collect your device information (information related to your equipment, including equipment type, model name, system and performance information, etc.), vehicle information (information related to your vehicle, including SN code number, firmware version, brand model, motor, car machine system version, battery power, speed, etc.), log information (journal, fault log, service operation), location information (country code, city code and the geographical location), The above information is the basic information that must be collected to provide you with services. Such as:

1.4 When you use the GO function, we will collect the geo-location information of your vehicle, the geo-location information of your device, vehicle travel speed, vehicle travel time, battery power and other information, so that we can correctly record your riding course and provide navigation services.

1.5 In order to ensure that the application is in the background running state and the terminal device Bluetooth or WiFi connection, and the terminal device can synchronously display mobile phone calls, SMS and other information. We use a certain frequency to send a broadcast through the system to wake up the application's self-startup or associated startup behavior. At the same time, in order to establish communication with intelligent terminal devices and improve your riding experience, we need to read DHCP information.

1.6 After the application is connected to the meter, it can display calls, short messages, and other application notifications on the meter simultaneously across devices. Therefore, you need to obtain the message rights of your mobile phone notification bar and the application list rights of the device. If you do not enable this mobile phone right, you cannot display calls, short messages, and other application notifications across devices on the meter.

3. Information security

5.5 Unbinding

You can unbind your vehicle with this software at any time. Once unbound, you and no one else will be able to view the historical information generated by the vehicle during your binding.

ThinkRide Technology reserves the right to update this statement at any time. When there are changes to the terms of the privacy policy, we will display the updated guidelines to you through notifications, pop-ups, or other appropriate forms when you log in or during version updates

In order to use the Travel Software (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") and services, you shall read and abide by this Software License and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"). It is important that you carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions, in particular the terms of exclusion or limitation of liability, and the individual agreements for the opening or use of a service, and choose to accept or not to accept. Restrictions and exclusions may be in bold to alert you.

Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use the Software and related services. By using the software or related services, you shall be deemed to have read and agree to the above agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, please uninstall yourself after installation.

If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement and other above agreements with the help of your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

I. Scope of the Agreement

1.1 Scope of subject applicable to the Agreement

This agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") Chongqing Siqi Technology Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhan Bluestar Technology Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "we") about downloading, installing, using, copying the software and using related services.

1.2 Agreement Relationship

This Agreement shall also include agreements, business rules and other contents related to the Services that we may publish from time to time. You understand and agree that the foregoing shall form an integral part of this Agreement and that you shall also abide by it. We will notify you by giving you a prominent prompt on the corresponding page, sending you an email and so on. In such case, if you continue to use our services, you agree to be bound by the above content.

II. About the Service

2.1 Contents of the Service

The Service includes the Service contents, which specifically refer to the service contents provided to you by us according to the actual situation, including but not limited to, the service contents that authorize you to navigate through your registered ID, obtain vehicle information, connect vehicles with mobile phones, and track query (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

2.2 The form of the Service

2.2.1 You need to download the Green trip Client software to use the Service. For the software, we give you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You may use the Software and services only for the purpose of accessing or using the Services.

2.2.2 The service client software may be provided including but not limited to ios, Android and other application versions, and you should choose the software version that matches the installed terminal devices.

2.3 Scope of the Service License

2.3.1 We give you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Software. You may install, use, display, and run the software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.

2.3.2 All other rights not expressly authorized by this clause and other provisions of this Agreement shall be reserved by us and you shall obtain our written permission to exercise such rights. Failure to exercise any of the foregoing rights shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

2.3.3 You may make a copy of the Software for the purpose of using the Software and services and use it only as a backup. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.

Third, software acquisition

3.1 You can obtain the software directly from our website or from a third party authorized by us.

3.2 If you obtain the software or the installation program with the same name from a third party without our authorization, we cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and we will not be responsible for the loss caused to you.

4. Installation and uninstallation of software

4.1 We may develop different software versions for different terminal devices, and you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation.

4.2 If you no longer need to use the software or need to install the new version of the software, you can uninstall it by yourself.

4.3 After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly.

5. Software update

5.1 In order to improve the user experience and improve the service content, we will make continuous efforts to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (such updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

5.2 After the release of the new version of the software, the old version of the software may not be available. We do not guarantee that the old version of the software will continue to be available and the corresponding customer service, please feel free to check and download the latest version.

5.3 In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of the software and services, we have the right to update the software without special notice to you, or to change or limit some functional effects of the software.

6.1 The protection of users' personal information is one of our basic principles. We will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except in the circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations, we will not disclose or disclose users' personal information to any third party without users' permission. 6.3 In general, you may browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for the sake of security and identification (such as number appeal service), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.

6.4 We will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

6.5 We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parent or legal guardian before using our services.

6.6 We will not disclose your personal information to any third party companies, organizations or individuals without your consent, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

7. Main rights and Obligations

7.1 ID usage specification

7.1.1 Before using the Service, you need to register an ID of Thinking ride. Green trip ID should use your email to bind and register. In order to improve the service content, we can change the way of ID registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to the user.

7.1.2 The ownership of Green trip ID belongs to the Company. After you complete the registration application, you will only have the right to use Green trip ID, and the right to use the ID belongs only to the original applicant. At the same time, the initial registrant shall not grant, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the Green trip ID number or otherwise license the non-initial registrant to use the ID number. Any person who does not apply for registration may not use the ID through donation, inheritance, lease, assignment or any other means.

7.1.3 You are responsible for keeping the registered ID information and ID password safe, and you shall be liable for the actions under the registered ID and password. You understand and agree not to disclose ID and password information to others under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your ID, you should notify us immediately.

7.2 Matters needing attention of users

7.2.1 You understand and agree that in order to provide you with effective services, the Software will utilize the processor, bandwidth and other resources of your terminal equipment. The software may incur the cost of data traffic in the process of use, users need to learn about the relevant tariff information from the operator, and bear the relevant fees by themselves.

7.2.2 You understand and agree that we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in the Software and Services, but we cannot provide full assurance in this regard, including but not limited to:

7.2.2.1 We shall not be responsible for your failure to delete or store the relevant data in the software and services;

7.2.2.2 If you stop using the Software and the Service or the service is terminated or cancelled, we may permanently delete your data from the server. We have no obligation to return any data to you after the cessation, termination or cancellation of the Service.

7.2.2.3 We have the right to determine the maximum storage period of data in the software and service for a single user by ourselves according to the actual situation, and allocate the maximum storage space for the data on the server. You may backup the relevant data in the software and service according to your own needs;

7.2.3 When using the software and services, the user shall bear the following risks beyond our control, including but not limited to:

7.2.3.1 Risks of personal information loss and leakage caused by irresistible factors;

7.2.3.2 The user must choose the software version that matches the installed terminal equipment; otherwise, any problem or damage caused by the mismatch between the software and the model of the terminal equipment shall be borne by the user;

7.2.3.3 When users use the software to visit third-party websites, the risks that may be caused by third-party websites and related contents shall be borne by the users themselves;

7.2.3.4 Risks and responsibilities that may be brought by the spread of contents posted by users that are forwarded and shared by others;

7.2.3.5 ID login failure, incomplete data synchronization, slow page opening and other risks caused by unstable network signal and small network bandwidth.

7.3 Third-party products and services

7.3.1 When you use the products or services provided by a third party, in addition to the provisions hereof, you shall also abide by the user agreement of a third party. We and a third party shall be respectively liable for any disputes that may arise within the scope prescribed by law and agreed upon.

7.3.2 For users to use the software or ask us to provide specific services, this software may be called the third party system or through a third party or support the use of user access, the result of the use or access is provided by the third party, we don't guarantee through a third party to provide the service and content of safety, accuracy, effectiveness and other uncertain risks. We do not assume responsibility for dispute or damage caused by that.

8 User behavior specification

8.1 Specification of information content

8.1.1 Information contents mentioned in this article refers to any contents produced in the process of production, reproduction, distribution, transmission when using the software and services by users, including but not limited to ID picture, name, registration information, such as the user instructions or contents such as text, voice, picture, and other contents generated by using the Think Ride ID or the software and its services.

8.1.2 You understand and agree that, we have been dedicated to provide users with civilization health, standard and orderly network environment, you may not use Green trip ID or this software and services to produce, copy, distribute, disseminate, interfere with the normal operating software, and infringe on lawful rights and interests of other users or the third party content, including but not limited to:

8.1.2.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate and store contents prohibited by national laws and regulations:

(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging the honor and interests of the State;

(4) Undermining the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(5) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(7) Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting crimes;

(8) Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration or gathering of people to disturb public order;

(9) Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon others' lawful rights and interests;

(10) Activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;

(11) Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

8.1.2.2 Publish, transmit, disseminate and store content that infringes others' right of reputation, right of portrait, intellectual property right, trade secret and other legal rights;

8.1.2.3 Publish, transmit or disseminate contents involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

8.1.2.4 Publish, transmit and disseminate harassment, advertising information, excessive marketing information and junk information or information containing any sexual or sexual implication;

8.1.2.5 Other information contents that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality or interferes with the normal operation of the Software or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

8.2 Software usage specification

8.2.1 Unless permitted by law or permitted by us in writing, you shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the Software

8.2.1.1 Delete information about copyright in the software and its copies;

8.2.1.2 Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish and build mirror sites of the contents that we own intellectual property rights;

8.2.1.3 Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise try to find the source code of the software;

8.2.1.4 Operation process of this software or the software release to any terminal data in memory, in the process of the software to run the client and the server interaction data, as well as copy, modify, add, delete, articulated run or create any derivative works to the necessary system data to run this software, including but not limited to, the use of plug-ins or not authorized by our third party tools/services access to the software and related systems;

8.2.1.5 Subtract or change the function or operation effect of the software by modifying or falsifying the instructions and data in the operation of the software, or operate or disseminate the software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, no matter whether such acts are for commercial purposes or not;

8.2.1.6 Log in or use the software and services through third-party software, plug-ins and systems not developed or authorized by us, or make, publish and disseminate the above tools;

8.2.1.7 Interfere with the software and its components, modules and data by itself or by authorized others or third-party software;

8.2.1.8 Other acts without our express authorization

8.3.1 Submit or publish false information, or use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish or establish mirror sites in the name of others or in the name of which we have intellectual property rights;

8.3.2 Fabricate facts or conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;

8.3.3 Inducing other users to click the link page or share information;

8.3.4 Infringe upon others' legal rights such as reputation right, portrait right, intellectual property right and trade secret;

8.3.5 Engage in any illegal or criminal activities by using the Green trip ID or the software and services;

8.3.6 Make and publish methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;

8.3.7 Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the product and behaviors that are not expressly authorized by us.

8.4 Be responsible for your own actions

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered ID, including any content published by you and any consequences arising therefrom. You shall judge the contents in the services at your own discretion and bear all risks arising from your use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the contents. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the foregoing risks.

8.5 Default Handling

8.5.1 If we find or receive other users’ violation of this agreement, we shall have the right at any time without further notice to delete the related content, shielding, and regard plot behavior on ID including but not limited to, warning, restrict or ban the use of some or all of the functions, ID banned until cancellation penalty, and deal with the results announcement.

8.5.2 You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claims, demands or losses claimed by third parties caused or arising from your violation of this Agreement or the relevant terms of service; if we suffer losses as a result, you shall also compensate.

8.5.3 You understand and agree that we have the right to conduct punishment according to the reasonable judgment of violation of the relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement; take appropriate legal action to those who violate the relevant laws, according to the laws and regulations; save the information reported right to the relevant departments, in this condition users alone shall bear all the legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

8.5.4 You understand and agree that you shall be solely liable for any claim, demand or loss claimed by a third party as a result of your breach of this agreement or the relevant terms of service; You should also compensate us for the loss we have suffered.

9 Declaration of Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 All of the software copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, and all of the information content associated with the software (including but not limited to software, programs, books, text, images, audio, video, graphics, web pages, interface design, layout, framework and relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are affected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the relevant international treaties to protect, the company enjoys the intellectual property rights, but the obligee's rights in accordance with the law shall be excepted.

9.2 Without the written consent of the company or the relevant obligee, you shall not, for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, implement, utilize or transfer the aforesaid intellectual property rights by yourself or permit any third party.

X. Responsibility for terminal security

10.1 You understand and agree that the Software, like most internet software, may be affected by a variety of factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.; It may also be disturbed by various security problems, including but not limited to the illegal use of user information by others to carry out real harassment; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites may contain viruses, trojans or other malicious programs, threatening the security of your terminal equipment information and data, and thus affecting the normal use of this software, etc. Therefore, you should strengthen information security and personal information protection awareness, pay attention to password protection, so as not to suffer losses.

11. Warning instructions

11.1 We do not support the user to install and trigger the firmware system upgrade of the vehicle instrumentation during your cycling using this software, and we give safety tips to the user in the software. If the user upgrades the vehicle instrumentation firmware system without authorization during cycling, which results in safety accidents, such as illegal operations, we will not bear any responsibility for the relevant incidents.

12. Others

12.1 By using the software, you shall be deemed to have read and agree to be bound by this agreement. We have the right to modify the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can refer to the terms of this agreement in the latest version of this software. If you continue to use the software after the terms of this agreement are changed, you shall be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software.

12.2 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding the law of conflicts).

12.3 The headings of all provisions hereof are for convenience only and have no practical meaning and shall not be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning hereof.

12.4 Any disputes or disputes between you and the company shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, you agree to refer to the competent people's court at the place where this agreement is signed.

12.5 No matter for what reason some of the provisions hereof are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
